Using Japanese steel the performance, hardness and sharpness are unbelievable to experience. Along with a beautiful finish to the blades and a gorgeous Oval Shaped, pakka wood handle to truly compliment the seamless finish.

The range covers a superb selection of Knives that you would essentially need in your kitchen.

Each knife comes with a beautiful solid wood scabbard/sheath that is fixed with a stud for safety.

  • Ruthlessly sharp scalpel-like edge is hand finished to a mirror polish within a staggering 15° degree angle.  The knives are forged with 3.5mm thick steel. A forging process where the blade body is gradually thinned from 2.5mm to 1.7mm, which can achieve both the sharpness and the weight of the blade.
  • Nitrogen cooled for enhanced hardness, flexibility, and corrosion resistance
  • Featuring exquisite Feather blade pattern, for striking, stand out beauty.
  • A precisely tapered blade minimizes surface resistance for buttery smooth cut through.
  • Bolster provides a perfectly engineered balance and gently encourages a comfortable and proper pinch grip
  • Meticulously constructed ultra-premium Pakkawood handle. Highly impervious to heat, cold, and moisture with military-grade strength and life-long durability.
  • Ergonomic handle shape for superior hand control, agility, and comfort
  • Hidden tang for superb robustness & quality
  • Tested to meet razor-sharp standards below 100N (the average kitchen knife test has a sharpness of 210N).

Damascus blades are made out of high carbon steel with small amounts of chromium in the alloy. While high in carbon steel, the blade can show rust if not cared for. You should ensure to keep the blades clean and dry to avoid rust or staining. Hand wash only. Patterning is also slightly lighter in natural light, photographs emphasise the detail more to show patterning.

We recommend using a whetstone to sharpen your knives.

We have a range on our website and also have some articles on our blog, which talk you through the best way to look after and sharpen your knives, including recommended angles, etc

Knives should never go in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is very abrasive, and along with the banging around that happens during a wash cycle, will take the sharp edge right off your knife. The high heat can also damage the handle or misshape them. Always wash knives by hand in the sink with dish soap and water and dry after.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

They’re beautiful to look at

As usual, I’m being asked to review a product which may not be used for a while. I resent that they don’t give you time to get familiar with the knives before asking for a review. Ask me about two to ten years down the road. I bought them because they’re beautiful. I bought them because they’re supposedly made by a true Damascening process. I bought them expecting them to not only take, but hold an edge. As a woodworker, I have very high expectations of edge taking and holding properties of my edge tools. I expect these to not only take a razor edge (When I sharpen my steel, I test by shaving my arm), but will hold it for a long time before sharpening is necessary. My best chisels and carving gouges take and hold their edges through many cuttings and parings. I fully expect the same of my beloved kitchen knives. As a result of their premature review request, I leave a mediocre rating. I don’t dismiss the quality of the knives until I’ve used, dulled and sharpened them at least once.
