Our eye-catching, unique handle designs are made from burl wood and blue resin, which is chemically stabilised. The stabilising process makes the wood tougher, super-durable and less likely to warp or crack.
  • Precision-forged blades with an ultra-premium, imported, Japanese VG10 cutting core at 60±1 Rockwell hardness for unrivalled performance and incredible edge retention.
  • 67-layers of high-carbon stainless steel cladding provide exceptional strength, durability and stain resistance.
  • Ruthlessly sharp, scalpel-like edge is hand finished to a mirror polish within a staggering 8-12° degree angle using the traditional 3-step 'Honbazuke' method.

While high in carbon steel, the blade can show rust if not cared for. You should ensure to keep the blades clean and dry thoroughly to avoid rust or staining. Hand wash only. These knives are not suitable for cutting bone.

We recommend using a whetstone to sharpen your knives.

Knives should never go in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is very abrasive, and along with the banging around that happens during a wash cycle, will take the sharp edge right off your knife. The high heat can also damage the handle or misshape them. Always wash knives by hand in the sink with dish soap and water and dry after.
